<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">本案當事人與二哥同住一棟透天宅，分別持有應有部分1/2，兩家人同住一個屋簷下，相處還算和樂融融，孰料二哥竟因急需用錢，擅自將房屋的1/2抵押給融資業者，同時簽訂不對等的借貸契約，最終哥哥沒有能力還錢，白白地賠了1/2的房屋，被第三人(法拍蟑螂)介入持有。</span></p>
